Choice controls
The banner offers Accept All, Reject Non-Essential and Preferences. Because only the essential preference is implemented, the choices currently produce the same functional site state while recording the selected choice. The banner remains hidden after a valid selection on reload, navigation and return visits unless the stored browser data is cleared.
